ALL ALCOHOL AND TOBACCO PRODUCTS ARE SOLD IN ILLINOIS AND TITLE PASSESS TO THE BUYER IN ILLINOIS. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import alcoholic and tobacco into any state outside of Illinois. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of alcohol and tobacco products. By placing this order with your credit card, you authorize us to act on your behalf in processing and shipping this order, including engaging in a common carrier to deliver your order. Under the terms of sale, the common carrier is acting as your agent.
Delivery of Alcohol and Tobacco Products/ Age Verification
ALCOHOL AND TOBACCO PRODUCTS MAY BE SOLD AND DELIVERED ONLY TO PERSONS WHO ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD AND THE PERSON TO WHOM DELIVERY WILL BE MADE IS AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD. When your alcohol and tobacco products are delivered the person receiving delivery will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. Due to our policy of not shipping alcohol and tobacco products to minors, please be advised that WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ORDERS FOR ANY REASON WITHOUT EXPLANATION.
